Jason, Helen, and Patrick bring experience from some of the world's biggest brands as well as start-ups and small businesses and with a broad array of skills.
Together we've worked with name-brands such as Apple, GE, Nike, Wells Fargo, Ford, eBay, Chase Manhattan, JD Power, MotorTrend, Adobe, Coke, Autodesk, Hyperion, and more. We've worked with universities such as Stanford, the University of Arizona, the University of Michigan, the University of Washington, and others. We've also worked with start-ups and small businesses such as Mindjet, eThority, Cybozu, Irrigation Direct, and other brands businesses on the rise.
Jason's background spans design, development, and marketing. His experience and expertise covers marketing strategy (especially in the online space), Web & application development, business intelligence, and graphic design. His breadth of skills is the foundation for his exceptional ability to bring together cohesive, functional solutions that enhance our clients' businesses.
Before co-founding Xavier Berkeley, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Ozone Online, the Director of Web Operation for Tenebril, the Director of Interface Design & Development for Cybozu, and the Senior Manager of Design & Development for JD Power Clubs. Jason graduated from Syracuse University.
Helen has an uncanny eye for detail and color, but most importantly, Helen gets things done. Helen has a wealth of experience managing design, product launches, packaging, print, and Web sites. Cool under pressure and a client's best ally, Helen knows what it takes to get top-tier results on time and on budget.
Before co-founding Xavier Berkeley, Helen was a Senior Producer for Factor Design, the Brand Packaging Manager for Williams Sonoma, the Creative Services Manager for Discovery Channel Stores, a Producer for Grey Advertising and a Producer for J. Brown/LMC Group. Helen graduated from Northern Arizona University.
Patrick joined the family in early 2010 — well, he joined the Xavier Berkeley family, he was already part of the O'Leary family. Patrick has managed the successful launch of several projects already and remotely manages our developers West of the Mississippi. Patrick is also a twin... we're working on getting his brother on board... seems easier than cloning him.
Patrick also worked for Ozone Online previous to joining Xavier Berkeley. Previous to working there his experience ranged from bookkeeping to sales. Patrick is a graduate of Skidmore College.
Sadie contributes very little to our client's deliverables, but she's a cheerleader for office moral.
